Toying with the idea of a car wrap, and fancied a GT3 sort of style wrap.

no preference on colour,s brand names etc. of course, i am not being spondered by these brands. i just happen to like the colour scheme that go with the territory.

also trying to find a wrapping company that i would trust to do the F. any recommendations?

Hello Pritchard,

There's a company in Nottingham called Blueprint Ltd. One of the best 'wrapping' companies in the U.K. They are specialists at wrapping Ford RS Focus' in the sort of livery you want...

All the above vehicles are Blueprint. Their designer is called Stan. He is a magician at this this sort of thing. I'd get in contact with him & let him loose on the design. Check out the website...

Click on images to view some of their work. It's not cheap, but it's done properly & you won't find bits lifting off after a few months.

My opinion. Not on an F-Type, unless it's an out & out track car. Everyone is different though which makes such an interesting world 👍

Have you contacted DUB Customs ... Basildon Essex. They do all Shmee's cars, and the other week were PPF wrapping a 918 ... have a good reputation on high end motors and I understand they have their own print facility

Ive used them for small detailed wraps on other cars (mirrors / grilles / valances, but not a full wrap) ,,,,, they also have F1WAX detailing on site, as well as GAD software tuning
Storm Grey V6 coupe, fun, fast, popping and crackling with smiles all the way ... missed more than I expected!

C43 AMG estate, lots of toys, like the F-Type but with 4 seats and far more stealthy but still with pops and crackles!

I'll be following this with interest; some cars look pretty smart with a race style wrap; there are a lot of them around in Europe at the moment for all the supercar tours. The right wrap looks pretty awesome IMO

I think it spoils the look and beautiful lines of the car.

I haven't seen on F-Type that looks better in livery and that included the Union Flag, SKY, Thrust SSC, Nurb Ring car and the GT4....so save your money, get some XPel Ultimate installed and enjoy driving it.

With so many film installers around now, you get what you pay for is the rule here. I looked for years experience and competence and the setup of their workshop.

Must admit there are a few other things I would rather spend a couple of thousand quid on.
