It wlb be the supercharger pulley as the crank pulley requires colder plugs and for injectors and coil packs to be 100 per cent

I've had no problems with it what so ever, it pulls like a train as it should with 620bhp.
Timbo who did the upgrade? :)

Did you go SC or crank pulley?

After the pulley and map was the difference noticeable? Assume you went from 550PS to around 620PS?
Sc as the crank pulley wasn't around back then.
I went from 540 to 600 which yes was noticeable, then from 600 to 620 (200 cell cats) which was noticeable but in a different way :D

So what Tim is trying to say is .... it’s LOUD, VERY LOUD in dynamic but in a very nice way ...
Storm Grey V6 coupe, fun, fast, popping and crackling with smiles all the way ... missed more than I expected!
1998 NSX 3.2 Targa manual
C43 AMG estate, lots of toys, like the F-Type but with 4 seats and far more stealthy but still with pops and crackles!

The pulley was done by Tom Lenthall (jaguar specialist), the exhaust was done by a mates garage and the map was done at David Applebys.
In 2 weeks time I have there switchable back box going on :)

How loud are the 200 cell cats? Would they cause a problem with track day limits?

Probably nothing within reason, Jaguar tested the 5.0 SC to much higher levels than they put out.

600PS is the most powerful factory calibration (Project 8).
But the hardware is the same on 495PS, 550PS, 576PS and 600PS cars, only changes are cooling via air channels and engine cover removal etc.

In short a tune and SC pulley will put you around 650PS and I'd not expect any adverse effects from this as long as its tuned by a reputable tuner as reliability is all in the tune, fuelling, spark been safe and correct etc.

As such Velocity AP seems the wisest choice.

If you push closer to 700PS you will approach the limits of the super charger and may need to uprate the injection/ignition system or make sure they are in peak condition to cope, but the engine is more than capable of running around 750PS reliable.
