Arsing hell, got a warning just as I pulled into the station this morning os rear..

Put the pump on it and could hear the air coming out over the pump and the exhaust! Found the largish hole on the shoulder so that's a knackered tyre.

Went off to my meetings then when I got on the train to come back I called jagassist. They were very helpful and sent me a message with a 90 min estimated attendance.

I got to the station in an hour and the chap was there with his low loader all ready. 30 mins later the car was on the drive, no drama at all.

A pair of new MPS 4 going on it on Wednesday morning. £580 all in on my drive from hometyre.co.uk

The car has done 10,000 miles and althought the rears have a bit of tread they were not exactly confidence inspiring. I'll do the fronts at some point before lemans in June.

£580, is very expensive for 2 rear tyres but I guess you have to pay for the home service!

Where have you seen them a lot cheaper then Myer?

If we’re talking 20” rims I paid £560 for my MPS4 rears and that was the cheapest I could find.

I think that's a great price Dave, no one else that I know can beat that price.

I could have got them cheaper from camskill but then I'd have to get the car to the fitters and have them fitted. I wouldn't have saved much. The cheapest other place I could have had them fitted was about a fiver a tyre less... Again I would have had to get the car there and spent time waiting. This way I can crack on with something more useful.

I purchased two rears 295/30R20 101Y XL & two fronts 255/35R20 97Y XL for a total of 878,25 Euros @ 1.12 that equates to £784.15, for a full set.
