I absolutely agree, plus it shows of details I had not seen in those wheels before, the soft sweeping detail onto the larger spoke ... great job!
They look great, and I agree that it shows a lot more detail. I have them in silver and the detail is lost. I didn't even notice the sweeping effect before, and I clean them!

Yep, I never noticed the detail when they were black!

Have to say, these Michelins are bloody superb!
Only done 30 miles or so on them in pretty crap weather, and they're so much better than the pirellis (admittedly comparing new v old)

Can't wait for the release agent to disappear and better road conditions...

Quick update on this in case anyone finds themselves is in a similar situation to me. I used these guys in the end: http://www.perfectiongroup.net/

Based in Leicester but cover much of the UK.

They sent a chap out to me same day! They did all 4 of my wheels for ÂŁ66 per corner - first impressions are its a quality job and good value compared to other quotes I have had.

Thanks

Dan

Who is your buddy? I am toying with the idea of getting my chrome alloys turned piano black and have heard good things about a guy in Streethay.

I’ll get in touch and let him know you sent me.

I don’t suppose you know anyone local who can do perfect respects? I have to replace my bumper and want to find an absolute genius who can spray without blending in the paint on other panels.

I guess you mean 'perfect resprays'?
Ask Paul and he will arrange it with someone on the same ind. estate. Done lots for me and the guys work is perfect. Did the SVR bumper on mine. No blending needed. He'll work from paint codes or can look a the car and usually turns around in 24 hours if you need it
