Is that definitely the 4S? The 4 was available when I wanted mine a month back, but not the S and Michelin couldn't say if/when it would be available.

Yes maybe as a note to others (as not everyone realises)

There are Pilot Sport 4 and Pilot Sport 4S - they are different tyres. It’s not always clear or if forum posters are aware or realise, and made even more confusing when discussing tyres in the plural and adding an ‘s’ to the end e.g. PS4, PS4s, PS4S ;)

just as I thought .. so for my humble V6 340bhp base ftype

would the non s pilot sport be better then the P zERO ?

or must it be the S pilot sport ?

The 4 would indeed be a decent improvement over the P Zeros.

Basically you won't tell the difference between the 4 and 4S, but the 4S will last a bit longer.

Apparently the 4S replaced the Super Sport and not the 4.
