I use mine.
Only last night I switched the suspension to normal.
Didn’t make much difference, but at least I use it

If it were tuneable it might be worth having (mine came as standard). In fact each function is either on or off so it’s just best to leave it in factory setting mode and forget it. Cars are fitted with lots of unnecessary electronic gadgetry these days just because they can be!

Don't use the dynamic mode very much, but like using the paddles, Can you switch on the dynamic mode while driving, is it safe to do, have always switched when car in idle before driving.

Switching between driving modes whilst on the move is perfectly normal.

Indeed yes! When you’re stuck behind a mimsy just flick it into dynamic and floor it! Perhaps that’s an irresponsible statement!
First thing I do as soon as the engine is up to temperature is flick it into dynamic mode. Only time I put it off is for long motorway drives or bumpy roads.

Also remember on an AWD model the mode switch also impacts the AWD power split:
Wet/Snow: As close to 50/50 split as possible. Makes car more sure footed in the wet, feels less RWD biased.
Normal: No idea!
Dynamic: 90% rear driven, 10% front and it will shuffle power forward as required, it gives a more RWD biased driving experience.

I think it's a useful toy. I tend to turn the dynamic throttle response off in wet weather - and tend to always leave suspension in normal.
Without Configurable Dynamics, how would I know that I pulled 0.38 lateral G, on the way to Tesco?
