think most people remove them as it traps heat...the svr doesnt even have one

There are a number of owners that have bought the aftermarket hood/bonnet with the glass covering the engine who would be VERY interested in this if it's the OEM product. Perhaps it was one of those chaps that picked it up

Yes it was genuine as being sold by a main dealer, alas at that price it sold in less than 24 hours. An amazing bargain for someone who wanted one.
