Checked again today. When oil checked as per instructions in manual (IE engine warm and wait more than 10 min) then "OK" message and shows as on max mark on vague digital dip stick.

When cold after about 4+ hours it sometimes says overfill.

I gave the dealer a quick call and queried it and they said that is fine. Follow instructions in manual. On a flat level surface with engine warm wait 10 min and check. If it says OK then its OK. They did say if you park on very slight decline then it probably go to overfill and very slight incline will show one notch under max mark as they said it is very accurate if you check 10 min after a drive.
