HI People
can I please have some real day to day MPG for the 3LTs S, have been looking for a while now and have found the right car and just checking before I move forward.
ta
real day to day MPG
Urban traffic around 20-22 Miles per Imperial gallon.
Shorter journies in cold weather, a bit less.
Mixed suburban/rural normal mode 25-30.
Mixed suburban/rural spirited mode 20-25.
Motorway normal mode long journey 34.
Motorway eaking it out, lots of 40/50mph average speed camera stretches 35-40.
My record - 40.1mpg.
I've been thinking of doing a hypermiling thread...
...sad, I know.

VROOOOM! (Pockle Pockle Pockle) MY17 V6S coupe in BRG.
3.0 V6 - I record every fuel purchase and monitor via an app on phone. Current average is 25mpg over 6 months (23 over 9 months) with a good mix of city and dual carriageway/motorway.
Monthly actual can vary though and it does depend a lot on your right foot!

I look at this differently. When you buy a 3.0 supercharged 2 seater car it’s not about mpg, which is such a small part of ownership.
It secondly depends so much on how you drive it. Granny or enjoy
In a year of 3..0S ownership I could give no indication of mpg
If you did 5k/annum then the difference between 20 & 30 mpg would be about £500 or £10 per week. Compare to £10k depreciation per annum on a newish model. All order of magnitude numbers of course

Similar figures here. Daily trip to work going with the flow on mostly A roads averages 30mpg and some fun in sport+dynamic will bring it down to 25mpg. Long fast motorway run is circa 32-34mpg (I've never needed to try to fuel save, so no idea what's possible).

I must drive it like I stole it all the time. My current is 14mpg. Although the other half managed 34 mpg on a long run the other day.

Managed 38mpg on a steady drive to Birmingham t'other week.
Day to day is around 28-29 which is think is very respectable!
keep in mind the Evoque courtesy car I had (2.0D) wouldn't go over 26mpg!
