Howard,

I read your original comment again, and I missed the clue it seems. The little button in the front of the recline switch
and above the seat switch, that can be pushed forward/backward to inflate/deflate. It can also be pushed up/down.

Now for me the "up" doesn't really get to the level where I need support..

Talking of side bolsters on the seat back, mine don't stay where set for long. I wonder what the fault is? I think just the right side goes down in 5 minutes. Would extended warranty cover dealer repair?

I'm not familiar with warranty rules in other countries. But I find it weired one side of the bolster deflates since as far
as I am aware they are one balloon, linked with tubes..
