Well as long as your F type is the correct model I am unsure why it doesn't work.

The POI's we are loading are specifically for the HARD drive versions.

I am wondering if you have a non-hard drive version depends on the actual year of car.

Was it an early 2016?

This link shows the various updates of Sat Nav so my version is Touch Plus

It may help in identifying your version.

Looking at the link, I believe mine is the Touch. It's a late 15 car

Just checked mine and unfortunately it's a sd card nav system.
Not sure then if the cameras can be loaded.

Could anyone who has used the pocketgps data confirm whether they have data for australia?
it's a bit annoying that they want you to pay before you can really have a look at which files they have

cheers

I have had a quick look this morning and copied, hopefully legally, this from their site.

Oceania - Australia Active: Gatso 194
Oceania - Australia Active: Mobile 237
Oceania - Australia Active: Specs 39
Oceania - Australia Active: Redlight 383
Oceania - Australia Active: Truvelo 25
Oceania - Australia Active: Monitron 46
Oceania - Australia Active: RedSpeed 493
Oceania - Australia Active: Safe-T-Cam 25
Oceania - Australia Pending: Mobile 456

This shows the number of active units on their database.

Hope that helps.

I had another scout around last night and think you may have the next generation of GPS system. A previous member had a similar problem it seems and had a reply from Jaguar which read

"However, I have had confirmation that the current data on the SD card does not have any safety camera locations which can be turned on, also you can not add any data on the SD card as this will prevent the Satellite Navigation from operating. "

The link to the full query is in this forum link :-

Thanks Dave, that explains it. Should have checked that before buying the subscription.
I will see if it works on my smart phone, then I can at least have that as a warning on a trip.
