door lock

I recently bought a 2014 F type coupe. It worked fine however, last 2 days I had an issue with trying to lock the door. I press the button on the key and it won't lock. It is not an issue with a battery since the car will start and no issues opening the door with the key (press button on key) I suspect it is something to do with the cold weather since it has only happened since the weather turned cold but to be honest, not really sure. Any advice?

Could be an issue with the unlock button. Is it the same with both fobs?

Same issue with both fobs. It only started this weekend.
