Watched the video with interest, the sound of the rally version should be good right?
They’ve overdubbed the part where he switches the ignition on with the v6 start sound followed by a brief v8 sound?

It does sound V6 on start up (sounds the same as mine) and then V8 as it initially pulls away. Presume the editting department added more drama!

Look closely as they back the car of the transporter and to me it looks as though it has the 2.0 tailpipe ... so is the sound real? IS it dubbed? Or is it simply a highly tuned system and possible cat free that gives it the noise we hear??

I don’t the know the answer but I’d love to go have a play on the gravel!
Storm Grey V6 coupe, fun, fast, popping and crackling with smiles all the way ... missed more than I expected!

C43 AMG estate, lots of toys, like the F-Type but with 4 seats and far more stealthy but still with pops and crackles!

Peurely a piece of fun for marketing.
Will never get homologation or be raced in anger, but a great piece of engineering to demonstrate JLR capabilities
I’m sure it will appear at events around the globe
