Seatbelt jammed. Can't put it on.

Anything F-Type related......

My seatbelt is jammed so I can't put it on. Had to drive home from work without it.

Anyone got any ideas how to free it?

Been driving over 30 years and never experienced this. £80K car FFS.

This won't help but I cant find anything on Google or Topix. I guess you could call Jaguar breakdown as it's officially undriveable legally I would suggest. Or failing that a trip to the dealer in the morning.

Thanks for looking.

I did call Jaguar breakdown from work but they weren't sure how soon they'd get to me, so I drove home. Dealer is only 3 miles away so I might drive there in the morning.

You could call Jaguar assistance again now your home. Once it's logged you'll get a text message with a link which will give you an eta. The evening rush should be dying down as well now. Might save a trip to dealer. Up to you. Let us know how you get on!!

Called Jaguar assistance. They're coming tomorrow morning as no-one available until late tonight. If they can't fix it they'll recover to my nearest dealer.

Jaguar assistance unable to fix. Currently sat in the new swanky Southampton JLR dealership... They're going to try to fix while I wait, unless new parts are required.

There's a gorgeous ultra blue SVR about 10 feet from me.
