Nice one. Bet you will not regret that extra power. What exact model & colour etc did you go for.

Your definition of "good" is clearly not the same as mine! :D
That is motorway where there are plenty of speed cameras! Plus assuming "good" flow of traffic. Not ideal proper F Type driving conditions! :D
I also drive an E Type V12 OTS and I'm lucky if I get 12 MPG!

Mine did around 25 to the leaded gallon. Wish I still had it. Sorry about bad pic. Forgot to lock bonnet down. God I had hair then.

I have the 375bhp V6 S and on the motorway at a chilled 70mph I am getting low 40’s. However when having fun I have seen it drop to 3mpg...😱😱

The E type is still far better looking than the F type, or anything else. Fabulous :D

Obviously a matter of personal taste, the E-Type looked good in its day (though I much preferred the Aston), but now the F-Type beats it hands down, IMO.

Whilst the F is naturally an evolution/successor to the lovely E-Type, I do love the subtle design cues that draw back to the classic car. Just look at it side on, with the roof down. The body line is almost horizontal from bonnet to boot, and follows the same shape as the E-Type. Similarly, the bonnet opens forwards, just like it did on an E-Type.

With regards to fuel consumption, my V8 gets about 12mpg out of a tank.
