Recently bought Jan 2019 registered F Type
Purchased a Lycamobile Simcard inserted into sim slot and has been searching for signal ever since? Strange though, when looking through connections on the screen Lycamobile is shown
Put my O2 sim from my phone in slot & works immediately
Any comments suggestions, apart from change provider
Thank you for any advise

After much research I went for a 3.co.uk pay as you go SIM. I got it on their 1-2-3 data plan so the credit does not expire. I cover 6000 miles a year and use car about 5 days a week. It uses about £10 credit every 10 months, so about £1 a month for me.

I put a standard Virgin Mobile Sim in mine, I had to initialise it in a phone, but after that it worked fine.

From memory when we fitted a 3 in the Evoque which is same unit. We had to ring the No on the card & they did it over phone. Worked great.
