Hi all I’ve got 2014 5.0 s v r.and want to put latest electronic spoiler on boot.i have the spoiler but have been quoted £2200 ish for the rest of the parts and labour.can anyone help with any advice getting cost down or recommend other fitters ?.many thanks

I bet the associated wiring is already in the harness. Wouldn't have clue as to connect though due to speed activation.

All wiring looms are built to order and tailored to the options on the car. Retrofitting gadgets will be an expensive pain in the neck.

It might help if you clarify which F-Type you have?
The SVR didn't appear until 2016 ............?

2014 type r.not svr if that helps ?didn't know difference tbh.back to spoiler can anyone recommend a garage for fit ?

Hi me too! Post some pics, I see a black F-Type on an instagram/twitter feed with the same username as yours but that has a deployable spoiler anyway so presume you purchased a different one.

I can recommend Derby Jaguar for quality if your after a second quote/opinion you could try them.

We had a tour in Breda last weekend. One of the cars [V8] had a fixed spoiler that was movable.
Only had a brief chance to speak with the owner, and his from a FB group, not from this forum I guess.

He could also set the angle of his fixed spoiler. Is this what C7seb talks about ?
Anybody has link to an article on this system ?
