Yep.
End of last year the EML came on so I phoned the service dept and they booked it in for a couple of day's time.
By the time I got it there it had gone off again but the code showed the bank 2 O2 sensor like yours.
It was agreed to leave it and see.
Two months later it came on again so dropped it in and they replaced the sensor and no issues since.
It is a fault I have seen on the V6 a couple of times on here and the XE forums but to keep a perspective it's not widespread.

Maybe it's just the V6 that totally fails. Mine was reset & never came back so far.

My misunderstanding. Completely fine to drive they have said. Rebooked.
New O2 sensor fitted this morning. IML is now off and all good and back to normal.
