Hello and my warning light

Hello - I am new to the forum as a new F type owner (68 reg 5.0 V8R).

Dealer has proved pretty useless in terms of knowledge about the car so far so I thought it best to ask on the forum.

On my dashboard in the Rev counter there is a circular light at the bottom. When I was accelerating (quite hard) today it lit up orange but went off instantly.

I have searched the I guide but cannot find a description of what its for (I may have missed it).

Can anyone shed some light on what its for and why it flashed on please?

Sorry this may pop up twice as I typed it just now but it disappeared......... I am right in coming to the conclusion that the i guide isnt much good ? I would have thought it should be easy to find a list of what warning lights mean in the manual ? Or am I missing something ?

In the paper manual there's a section near the front called Warning and Information Lamps. In mine (MY18) the DSC light is just under the check engine light. They're organised by colour: red, amber, yellow, green, blue and white.

Ah, the dealer told me it only came with the i guide (it was an ex demo) so I dont have a paper owners manual.
