Nextbase dashcam beeps when cornering

Does anyone else have a new style Nextbase dashcam? Mine is constantly beeping and protecting my video files as it thinks the car has been involved in a collision. This happens every time I corner reasonably fast. It's actually quite amusing.

I don’t have nextbase but another make/model and in the software you set sensitivity for all sorts of g force situations from acceleration, braking, potholes, movement/vibration when parked, etc. Designed to avoid just the sort of issue you’re experiencing
I’d start by looking for that

Thank you. I will check. I'm not bothered about this to be honest. My daughter thinks it sounds like you are playing a Nintendo game and collecting coins.
