Update....
Been told by the dealer that I need a new Telematic unit. Only problem is that they are on back-order at the moment, so not sure when they will get one in to replace mine yet....
Thankfully, it's being replaced under warranty

I had exactly same issue and it was the SIM card that was faulty / run out of data
i switched to a free data sim from 3 and no issues now

Another update...
I ditched the Giffgaff SIM I had been using and put one in from o2 - worked straight away.
The Telematic unit still needs replacing, but at least I now can sign in to my sat nav, and use the live apps...
