Colours that suit

Looking at some of the colours that people decide for their cars got me thinking recently. I love my Firesand Orange but maybe next spring I might change it. Either upgrade to a full size engine (!) and different colour or perhaps just wrap it.
So I had a bit of fun on the old pc and it's surprising how some colours suit the car whilst others are definitely dodgy ;)
First pic is the original enjoying some sun in the Lake District and the others are open to debate!

I like the 'pale yellow' and the 'olive green' versions !

Your blue version is available from JLR : Velocity Blue or Ultra Blue..

This I dabbled some time ago.. [ verbier and black..].

..and.. [ white_black ]..

John007 the first thing you need to do is get rid of the chrome, it doesnt suit firesand imo

Chrome is a bit 'Sweeny' era!

With most motors, Silver shows off the lines, Black (especially matte) tends to dull them.
Greens, Yellow and golds are always a bit 'iffy' and also seem difficult to sell on unless you happen to like that colour.

I'm yet to see one colour that really pops above any other...although the SVR that I posted in Bespoke SVO gloss Grey with Yellow accents caught my eye.

Basic palette of Black, White, Red, Blue, Silver seem to be the best - With Red being the fastest of course ;-)
Black pack option with every colour too.

Just my 4 'tuppenth worth.

I definitely agree with that. I didn't post a Firesand with black pack because there are so many pics available on the net and I wanted to show something different. The first two pics of the different colours are de-chromed and I think the primrose with black is a nice combo. I would change the wheels to black also.

Lots of people say F Types look great in any colour, seeing some of these I’m not so sure!

What software are you using to do this?

It's Lightroom 5. Fairly easy to use, even for a technophobe like me

Some great colours there 👍

Prefer 2,4,5 & 6...

Think all need black pack & possibly black wheels too 🤔
