Cheers guys.

Hope the Jaguar workshop manual helps when fitting the P7 grill on Saturday.

I've previously removed most of the boot lining trim so here are a few tips you may find helpful:

If you’re only removing the boot floor trim this is very easy to do.......Removing the large side panels etc is trickier!

If you’re intending to remove the large interior side panels you don’t have to remove the small interior lights attached to them before doing so. I unplugged the cable from behind the lights after pulling the large side panel away enough so that I could get my hand behind it and see what I was doing.

Also, on the large interior side panels there is a small metal clip which hooks onto the bodywork of the car boot (under the rubber boot seal). Remove the rubber seal and pull the side panel upwards to remove it from the bodywork.

The small plastic shelf panels which are in each upper corner of the car boot (at the sides of the parcel shelf) pull straight out......make sure you avoid pulling them upwards/downwards or forwards/backwards as you can break them.

Here’s a few photos of the boot interior trim components (passenger side)......one is the interior boot light taken from behind the large side panel, one shows the small metal clip which is attached to the large side panel and the other is the small plastic shelf panel which should be pulled straight out.

Extra tip - If you're removing the car boot interior side panels......patience is a virtue! ;)
