Is that maths correct? I’d ask for 4 single wheel refurbs..

If you just want to touch up the spoke, an auto-paint specialist might be able to take a colour sample and make something close enough for touch up.

for example (no affiiiiation and never used) sure there are more local to you

I think their prices are great tbh and their work is second to none.

GusA wrote: Thu Feb 13, 2020 8:11 pm I have used lepsons in Swindon before and was disappointed with the results. Maybe other branches are better.

Since then I have used thewheelspecialist in fareham and have been very happy with a much better finish.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you'll find Lepsons have only once branch in the UK and that's in Gillingham, Kent (Also the home of Original Jubilee Clip)
I have checked and we’re both right. There was a lepsons in Swindon (which I have used) but they have changed their name now to platinum alloys.

Now this is my type of thing. I'm going back to lepsons and I'll ask what happened?

Maybe their work wasn't up to standard (as GusA suggests), so Lepsons dumped them?

Having been unable to find the Jaguar colour code for the 400 sport wheels (20" Style 5060 Satin Grey) I thought a quick email to Jaguar CRC might reveal the answer. They have replied and I quote:

"In regards to your query, I can confirm I am unable to provide you with the colour code for the alloy wheels on your vehicle.

This information is not available as Jaguar Land Rover recommends replacing the alloy wheels and not refurbishing them.

Please allow me to apologise for not being able to provide further assistance and should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to make me aware."

LOL! I am so tempted to reply with something amusing.

Lol, we recommend you spend a shed load more with us rather than saving yourself some money and spending it with someone else... tell me something I dont know!

They probably come from a supplier and JLR dont actually know.

I’m based in Colchester, I used to have TheWheelSpecialist just a mile away but they closed a few weeks ago. Furthermore, I really didn’t want to travel many miles to have a 7mm chip/scuff repaired, I think a smart repair is all that is required.

So that said and having researched the the Satin Dark Grey colour further and managed to find both Landrover and Ford Satin Dark Grey, have ordered both and will report back on how close they match the wheel colour on the 400 Sport.

Thanks to those that replied, those replies are much appreciated
