This had me confused...

So just browsing F-Types for sale and trying very hard to ignore the SVR with 12k miles on at £55k now! :D

Came across this and rather confused about it's plate, build, and registration dates at first.

https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds ... d/10453239

Advertised as 2017 - first registered June 2019, so no MOT yet - and yet with a 63 plate for some reason (guess the ZZZ appealed for some reason).

Ultimately it's an original shape 550 V8 AWD - so a very nice combo in my opinion, although bearing in mind it had sat around for maybe 18 months.

And if you're going to go triple black then maybe swap out the grille surround and wing vents too.

I get the moody look associated with such looks but personally I think it loses the lighting / shadow effect you see on other colours.

With this being such a gorgeous shapely car I do think that's important - black E-Type anyone?

I think whoever created the add got confused.

That plate is now on a MY20 SVR and Jaguar systems haven't caught up yet.

My MY18 has the smaller screen with physical buttons on each side ....
I much prefer physical buttons. ;)
