Hello Gang

Went to renew my sat nav map updates and like a plum ended up with Africa maps
any ideas on how to cancel the map subscription and get it changed to Europe .... just cant find a number to speak to anyone ?

panic over - managed to get the correct phone number, they said should be able to transfer over to Europe or refund
fingers crossed

Lucky to find a telephone number and get an update.
For my 2016/7 V6S with Intouch Sat Nav there is no update after Q4 2018 according to Jaguar, though if you use the official Jaguar Map Update Site hosted by NNG it implies that there are - if you pay.

Hello success .... little bit of patience and perseverance got my map subscription changed to Europe from africa maps .. very pleased, email below

You're order 421B00002581: is by mistaken an Africa update and this should be Europe.

Now, we can confirm, that the subscription has been changed from Africa to EU for the VIN.
