Hi Guys - few days into ownership, and have made a start on little jobs... the car was in fantastic condition, a real testament to NAC63 - Have added oem carbon fibre dash, as its about the only non-cf part of the car! Also fitted a clear perspex wind deflector - cant comment on rattles etc yet as havent driven it.

I need to put a new personal reg on the car... and just noticed the current rear place is extra large... the front is normal.

Is it normal to have the large size really plate on an F-Type, so it fills the whole area... or are they normally standard size.
Dont suppose anyone has any pics?

its not a big deal, just want to get the right look!
cheers

I took off a standard size plate and put back a standard, but it will take the large, like on the Evoque, just more yellow...

When I looked at mine pre-purchase it had a neat, small plate on, but when I went to collect it they'd replaced it with a ghastly big one. I complained and they put a new small one on. Big area of yellow looked horrible (to me) on a white car. It may look okay on some colour combos, but ....

Good we are all different. Disliked the ‘normal’ sized plate in the obvious larger area. Had one made to fit...

I actually have shortened plate, but standard 11cm height I think it is. It does sit a bit high, the larger plate centralises it more, but does look rubbish.

Unfortunately behind the plate there are holes in the plastic, so you can't move it down at all.

So it's an improvement, but not ideal.

I have the bigger one like DaddyDarren, i much prefer it to small one, even though I only have 5 characters. As said above, we are all different. I got my shaped one from Gould in Nailsea.

I have a 5 digit/letter registration so have considered shortening it but will wait until I see one like yours ‘in the flesh’
