It does seem a bit of a coincidence that this started just after having the tracking adjusted, perhaps a sensor was dislodged or damaged?

Would the driving assistance features need re-calibrating after such changes?

Does the steering angle display show correctly on your screen?

Update.
Noticed that one of my new front tyres was loosing a bit of pressure; on closer examination I find a screw embedded in the tread.
Luckily it was fixable and seems to have solved the issue .
