Tracker and Remote access

Hi.

I have a Jaguar F Type First Edition 2021 model. Noticed that the remote access stopped taking to my car about a week ago.

At same time the tracker stopped too ie tracking company can’t ping car etc.

Anyone else had same issue? Car going into dealer tomorrow to check what’s going on!

Not had this, although I have noticed that the remote app can take a (long) while to register and update where the car is/ correct amount of fuel remaining etc. I downloaded the new Remote App and that seems to connect much more quickly.

Thanks. Car is with dealer to find out the issue.

Right now no app access and tracker not responding either.
