Apologies as tagged this onto another post but got no response. Hoping to catch a wider audience before car 7 day return is reached.

I have a very noticeable vibration noise that is only there between around 1500 rpm coming from the driver side top right dash. Not really a rattle it’s something resonating with the engine.
Not there when just revving, engine has to be under strain. So when cruising in high gear at low revs it very prominent.
I’ve tried adjusting the bonnet stopper and plastic cover around the wiper but is still there.

Hopefully nothing serious but have small window left to return if it is

Hi, this may be something for you to check a friend had a similar noise coming from his dash not a f type, turned out one of his children had been posting coins into one of the air vents. Maybe something to check if all else fails.

Pretty sure it’s the plastic scuttles under the bonnet below windscreen.
Been messing around with sticky pads and it’s now hardly noticeable

Noise still there. Not scuttle as thought.
Stuck phone under bonnet to prove it.
Now thinking it’s possibly plastic box with lid under drivers dash, tapping it gave similar sound. Failed to remove lid to pad it so wrapped in duct tape.
So far so good but time will tell.

Culprit??

I would suggest something in you ventilation system. What happens when you turn fan up to fully.

Well still got it.
Fan has no effect.
Did notice it disappeared yesterday after car was parked in sun for a while?

After many hours and no help from dealers pretty sure I’ve cracked it. Nothing for two days!

Believe it’s the bonnet Airbag bracket bolts
Originally tightened the them down which changed noise but found loosening them off eliminated resonating rattle
Small but important thing which was upsetting ownership and glad it doesn’t have to go to dealer for days
