Lots of minor issues all add up
 German efficiency, I've got 2 BMW motorcycles and the number of 'little' glitches make me laugh, but i still like the bikes, Previously had a lot of Japanese bikes, never a problem. But they became soooo boring.

If you bought the car from a Jaguar dealer, it should have come with a Ubigi sim card in the centre console slot.

No SIM card !
Is there still an SD card for Nav on 2021 models as thought that was in the centre console too?

Nav updates are downloaded onto a memory stick (62gb) on a PC using Incontrol route planner, maps and services, i do mine overnight as it takes so long to download, and then plugged in to the cars usb to upload, takes about 30 minutes, the nav system will prompt you when an update is available.

Windows PC, LInux PCs aren't supported. And good luck finding a 62GB memory stick!

No SD card for nav, it’s stored on internal hard drive and you update it using a USB memory stick (64Gb). SOTA updates for infotainment need to be enabled on TOPix by the dealer and the dealer should have installed a UBIGI sim with free 500Mb per month data for first 3 years. Over the air updates don’t come out of your free allowance.

No SIM card will call dealer although they never answer

Tried CarPlay and info screen went blank and only work again after locking and unlocking car. Another minor issue that’s adding up
