Anybody else got this going on on the drivers side seat ?
Obviously now I've noticed it I can alter the way I get in and out of the seat to avoid it getting worse. But any rememdies ?

There's a previous post similar to this which may help. Although your seat does appear a bit more worn.
I had a car where the bolster had the surface of the leather worn away on the edge including the stitching. Took it to a car upholsterer who repainted and restitched the damage. Cost £100 - £140 from what I remember. Totally invisible repair as new.

The car I had similar seat wear happen on wasn't a Jag. It was probably caused by me getting into the car whilst the seat was set in my wife's more forward position.

Where I park I have to sort of slide out backwards as there is not much room between the car and a bush.
So it's obvious I have been sliding over that side bit of the seat... and I'll avoid that in future.
Kind of thing you might expect on something bought from TK Maxx, but maybe not so much in a £40/£50k car.

Have a look at this thread - this seems a common problem and we all have wear it seems exactly where you do. I found a very good solution which will improve the look so it is nearly invisible.
