Hi Everyone looking some opinions and suggestions, I’m going to refurbish my calipers over the winter but the big question is what colour?

I have a salsa red convertible with gloss black wheels. I think red on red could be a bit ott?

Thoughts and opinions welcomed

Thanks Pacemaker1000 I thought yellow but always think it’s meant to represent carbon ceramic brakes? Certain from my time around Porsche’s

I painted mine in Salsa red. Mine were in poor condition so I bought red caliper paint to refresh, but it was completely different shade of red and clashed badly. Definitely wouldn't go for anything which stands-out, they're ugly calipers. Go with black or Salsa red with fresh lettering.

If you go for red it must match the car, else go for black. Just my opinion, of course, it's your car to do with what you like! ;)

My vote is black. My car is Red and I plan on going that route. No wrong answers just personal choice.

Thanks everyone, I think black or colour matched red is the right call, if my car was an R or something I’d be bold with yellow. Appreciate the opinions

@Scz4 where did you source salsa red brake paint?? Looks a quality job!

For me only two options. Same red as car body or black. Yellow is for CCB’s only.

I got mine from Paints4U.com

Not specific calliper paint, but never had problems with it and still looks great. In fact, I've used standard black paint on my other cars in the past.

Jaguar decals are available on ebay.
