Good point. 2006. Not sure if the early X150s had it though. I remember the early ones had some old bits and bobs like the J gate shifter that were later updated to parts introduced with the X250 XF.

Reminds me of this amazing XKR loaner I had back in 2014 when they were still produced. Back then I had a diesel XFS. Although my own car (thanks to a remap) had more torque than the XFR it was quite the experience to get to enjoy the AJ133 V8. Defo had the pulsating kind of start button but this was a very late lone and IIRC the early ones had some red button.

Huh, that's quite swish. My Stop/Start's pretty grungy - this could be the answer. Thanks for posting :O)
