F-Type Headlamp Removal and Refitting

Thought I’d post this as a new topic.....it may help others.

Ensure the headlamps are switched off.

Open the bonnet and remove the 16 pin connector from the top rear of the Xenon headlamps. This is done by squeezing in the black plastic release tab at the side of the connector.

The headlamps are secured with three bolts and washers which need to be removed. Two of them are located at the top (front and rear) of the headlamps and are accessed from under the bonnet. The third one is located behind the removable plastic covers (one each side) that are within the front wheel arches.

The headlamp/s can then be carefully removed.

Refitting is in the reverse order.

Not sure if this information also applies to the LED headlamps but it may be similar?
