Well I have decided to upgrade to a V8 F Type (roadster or coupe) or a XK RS
so trying to get help for a decent price value or should I just trade etc ... not trying to be greedy but a good price for our example as I know the new owner will be very pleased with his or her purchase

Sounds low considering the mileage. Suggest you see what Autotrader say, and also see what comparables - same year, mileage, engine etc - are being advertised at.
