Impressive output figures but 28% above the max the box can withstand. I’d certainly use it with constraint or expect reliability issue or some part of the box/driveline to fail.
Interesting to see how it goes after a year or so.

Just the map made it very responsive. The pulleys give it a little more shove but no more responsive if that makes sense.

Im not to worried about the box. My old M6 and M5 made 1000nm and my sl did 1150nn, all well over the stated max. The M6 blow the motor some 45k miles after tuning, the box was still good. Like anything, if you beat on it allot you will break it sooner. Its my car and money so I don't drive like car journalists do! 😉

Have many of the gearboxes failed? I haven't heard of problems like the rear diff?
