Oil leak into exhaust?
Depends when your warranty runs out....but if still in place I would assume so.
Nice car and rub fingers over patch on ground....have a quick sniff....should tell you whether it's oil or some other fluid.

It's not the best picture but I am presuming this is taken from the side of the car where the exhaust goes around the transmission. (Based on the heat shield shape).
It which case it could be transmission fluid or something higher up running down the exhaust like oil.
Investigating what is actually on the floor and fluid levels of everything would be critical first step. We don't know how long the car has been stood for that to pool up (a day, 6 months over winter, etc), history and service history but be careful until resolved.
