Help with engine part

Hi all can anyone give me the name/ number of this engine part please.
It’s part of the cooling system I think And it is situated on the upper part/window screen side use of the engine just under engine cover.

Guessing by the picture it's a V6?
Also whats the issue with it, split and leaking??

Thanks for that. Yes it’s leaking . Not 100% sure it’s coming from there but my mechanic seems to think it’s more than likely from the brief look he had this morning.
