AIUI, you can have work carried out at any VAT-registered garage without affecting the warranty. I've had my car serviced at an independent and had warranty work done at a dealer without any issues.

Or have the extended warranty work done at a good Indy too - no requirement to use a Jag main dealer.

Signed up for a three year service plan earlier this week and now just added an extended warranty. Both through a monthly direct debit as I first did some sums and had a rude awakening to realise the cost is less than half my monthly bar tab 😳 Suffice to say I’ll be cutting back a little… After Christmas that is 😉
