Updating online service history

Hi team,

Last time I emailed: jagcrc@jaguarlandrover.com and they updated my online service history from my independent garage service.

This time the email has bounced, it could be a problem my end (unlikely, my Gmail is working fine!) has anyone got any other info on how you update the OSH?
