Plastic chrome radiator grill

Hi guys mine has cracked in two , is this a weak spot , so is this something I can change and any idea where to buy and cost.

Had the same issue with mine. If I remember correctly it was cheaper to buy it from my local Jaguar dealer. Part number T2R5053.
The only issue is fitting it requires you to remove the whole front bumper section.
