I love the 'boxing ring' bout of a varied diet... Iiiiiiin the blue corner we have reduced fat spread, coleslaw light and omega 3 rich mackerel; and in the red corner we have a family pack of snickers, milk chocolate digestives and pre-grated cheese. Your referee tonight is the one and only Tiger Roll 🤣
