Engine Rattle

Hello all,

Went to view this F-type last week. The engine was making the classic F-type noise but alongside this there was also a louder rattle almost as if a fan was going or maybe the super charger coupler? If anyone could help identify the noise it would be really helpful!

The sound was from cold start up but then died down and was non existent after 3-5 minutes.

Might be the super charger coupler but might also be a slapping timing chain. Hard to tell without being there tbh.

I’ve Got the same sound when the Temperature is 1° or less, but it does clear up after a 5 mins warming up. I don’t know what is the cause, but hopefully someone on the forums may be able help
