The new Jaguar F-TYPE will be driven by Jaguar Academy of Sport Ambassador Jessica Ennis in this year's Lord Mayor's Show on November 10th it will debut alongside two famous Jaguar E-Types. Jessica Ennis will be available for pictures and will comment about her role in the Lord Mayor's Show, her involvement with Jaguar and the all-new F-TYPE.

The 685th Lord Mayor of London has been elected: he is Alderman Roger Gifford. He takes office on 9 November in the Silent Ceremony, then on the morning of November 10th he will set off from Mansion House in the State Coach, leave the City of London and travel to the Royal Courts of Justice to swear loyalty to the Crown.

Before him goes the ancient, magnificent procession that has come to be known as the Lord Mayor's Show. This year's procession is over three and a half miles long and its among its various and remarkable floats you will find over 6500 people, 22 marching bands, 125 horses, 18 vintage cars, 21 carriages, an original American stagecoach, a Japanese Taiko drum band, a steamroller, a boat, a Sherman tank, an F-type Jaguar and some birds we shouldn't mention. It fills the whole space between Bank and Aldwych from 11am until about 2.30pm, cheered by a crowd of around half a million people and watched live on the BBC by millions more.
