I know a couple of us have been to the days up at carlimits.com North Weald airfield so I'm wondering if there is enough appetite to try and setup a private jag focused day so we can get the ideal format and have the fun of seeing what others can do in identical cars, meet up and chat and compare notes on how no two jags are alike (seriously, I didn't think the option list was that long, surely eventually we'll find a matched pair?!)
I found the activity day was too many people (25 cars) and the training day too few (4 cars). I think the activity day with 8-15 would be absolutely perfect for accessible to all fun and could easily be combined with a post-event pub meet nearby too.
They offer very few weekend slots (airfield in use as airfield on weekend!) so we'd probably be looking at a Monday, starting 10am running till 4. I'm thinking April once those of you who hibernate for the winter are back in business ;)
The airfield is easy to get to, just off the M11 Harlow junction. 1h 45 from Oxford, Peterborough, Norwich, Folkestone, Brighton, Crawley, Reading which gives a pretty big range. In theory it's only 2 hours from Southampton - although I don't know about doing that time @ 9am on a Monday ;)
If there are few folks interested from here I'll post it in the breakfast club too and see if I get any takers there, already have 2 possibly 3 from work colleagues. I think 8 would be the minimum - should be about £120 a car at that level.
Roll on 2017 :)

Yep I'm in! I've been planning to go back ever since I did the 4-person course earlier this year, I really enjoyed it and learned a lot, but lot more to learn still!

4 hours for us...a tad too far. If it was an OPL for a whole day I'd do it, i.e Bedford or better still, Abingdon.

I've got the training day booked for April 5th with them. If it was Monday April 4th then I'd be up for it
