Wasn’t there a change over period in late 2017, known as MY18.5 that was a MY18 car but had the widescreen MY19 infotainment. That would for sure solve your issue. It supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
Hi!
Thank you and everyone for your reply!
So, if I understand you properly, the opportunity of using
Android/Apple car, let's say, depends on the screen? If it has a buttons - it's the old one without this thing, and if it has no buttons - it's the new version of infotainment system with Android/Apple auto?
Yep! The buttons are replaced by extra bits of screen. Personally, I'm a fan of buttons as they can be found and operated without having to look at the screen - I'd rather see where I'm going as much as possible. In my previous XKR I couldn't even operate my seat heaters if I had the satnav going - the F-Type, thankfully, has physical controls for that.

I think a MY 18.5 400 sport would be your best bet. Two reasons they are the best F type so far, but then I am a little bias, additionally they are starting to hold their valve so a good sound investment.

Heated front screen
Front parking sensors

... they are starting to hold their valve ...
Do they come with active exhaust values?
