Emotive subject. I know you can add the red callipers to your purchase for slightly larger brakes......at a cost of about £2.5k. But is there any way of just having the original 'grey' callipers painted at the jaguar factory when ordering a new F type. Just because I think they look better. However, I am not willing to pay the premium for the larger 'red' brakes!

Not as far as I know. You could get them done afterwards but it's a lot of hassle as to do it properly you'll want the brakes completely stripped and the caliper properly powder coated. Anyone who says they can do a good paint job with the calipers in situ is lying.

Try these...

http://www.brakecaliperspecialists.uk/

World renowned. Work on all top end stuff & will treat your car better than you do. The standard calipers are rough cast but BCS can remove all that, top end paint & add stencils/logo if required.

I'm getting mine done before spring. Only issue is colour?!

Thanx for the link DaddyDarren ...

Whats the cost for all 4 calipers then, as I could only see the kit pricing for DIY on the website ...

Kaspa, Ultra Blue calipers with leaper logo would look stunning ... you know you want too!!
Storm Grey V6 coupe, fun, fast, popping and crackling with smiles all the way ... missed more than I expected!
1998 NSX 3.2 Targa manual
C43 AMG estate, lots of toys, like the F-Type but with 4 seats and far more stealthy but still with pops and crackles!

Kaspa, surely you need to get some blue LEDs fitted to your calipers? 😜😎😀

These Guys Dubcustoms https://www.facebook.com/dubcustoms
do a Calliper wrap that a lot of people are raving about, might be a cheaper option for you dependent on where you live.
