Deffo the heated seats - they are the most powerful I've yet encountered and also find the 380W stereo is "fine". Not great but fine.

So far I've found close to my perfect spec, but not 'the one'! They all have a slight thing missing. Trying to work out if I need to be patient and wait and the right one will turn up, or am I being too picky and just delaying getting into one, when I could be listening to that amazing exhaust just because one option is missing.

2015 white V6S, £46k, 13k miles - Design pack, pano roof, parking aid +camera, heated seats. Missing the upgraded sound system, white would be my third choice of colour, and this car is based in edinburgh, so trade-in and collection would prove more tricky, plus any issues post sale could be complicated by the distance.

2016 grey V6S, £42k, 32k miles – Design pack, pano roof, parking aid +camera, heated seats. Only thing missing on this one is the meridian sound system (which is lowest on my list) However 32k miles in less than 2 years concerns me. I feel that this is likely to have issues with parts needing replacing sooner than a lower mileage car, and if I’m debating the mileage now, so will someone when I come to sell it in a few years.

2016 grey V6S, £45k, 7k miles – Design pack, pano roof, parking aid + camera, meridian sound system. No heated seats, as this car is my daily driver I feel like heated seats are pretty important, plus it’s a luxury I don’t have in my current Porsche and haven’t had before, so there’s a definite novelty factor. Wheels would need powder coating as I don’t think that silver wheels suit the grey. Also this car is a private sale which concerns me a little if there were any issues post sale.

Others more knowledgeable than me about Jaguar will I am sure tell you, but as long as the private sale car has been serviced in accordance to Jaguar guidelines and you fill in the change of ownership forms to notify Jaguar your new car warranty will still be valid, but more importantly, as long as you continue to service the car correctly with Jaguar you can get their extended warranty.
As for the heated seats I love them, for me the sports seats are way better than the standard seats.

I also find the 380w system fine, although it almost never gets switched on with the other wonderful soundtrack we all have available.

There you go!
Unfortunately I can't pick it up until mid next week as it hasn't been through its full prep, and needs some small scratches sorted.
They're also going to look at getting the scratches on the windows removed, I know this is a common thing on the f types.

Grey V6S, 4000 miles
Design pack
Parking sensors front & back
Reversing camera
Heated seats (would have liked performance but hey)
Meridian sound system
Upgraded brakes
Xenons
Exterior black pack

Was at the very top end of my budget but hey, this will probably be my last chance to have a two seater car before grubby small hands appear at some point in the future!

That looks nice - well done. I wouldn't worry about lack of Performance seats, I felt the same about my car. However the standard seats (mine have full leather and heating) have proven excellent. I've no experience outside the showroom of the Performance seats, but, if they are like a lot of other competition style seats, they look greater than the comfort they give over longer distances.

That looks great Al1! Enjoy.
Which grey is that? I've still to see my colour in the flesh and this could be the best real life picture I've seen so far !

I have had my F-Type R Coupe for over 3 years and would be interested to hear from other members of the Forum if they have suffered this issue of scratches and if so where are their windows scratched.

Regarding the removal of scratches from glass it is almost impossible if you are indeed able with specialist equipment to penetrate the scratches you will create a lens effect, not a good idea.
