These:

Looks like the same photos and same descriptions to me.
Two different sellers and a big difference in price?
It stinks.

a bit of a gamble to get such expensive wheels from outside the UK; I had a pair trashed in transit and it was an absolute ball ache to sort out

Hi guys
Thanks for the warning Aitch - wish I had seen it before i won the bid
Was suspicious when i won the bid at such a low price - but ever hopeful might just have had some good luck
New (to me) F type owner since last week - not yet introduced myself on the forum - had bid as I need new rubber all round anyway.
Paid by Paypal - for the protection - but he then refunded my money saying he couldn't accept Paypal and wanting a bank transfer.
Obviously didn't fall for that - had come across the second picture by then and even asked him about it.
It is definitely a scam - which I have reported to Paypal but they seem to have decided there is nothing to question as he had refunded the money.
Nice that people on the forum looking out for each other.
LOVING my car :D

Glad you didn't get caught, well not ultimately anyway.

There's a lot of account hijacking on ebay and the old adage certainly holds true: If something looks to good to be true, it probably isn't.

So now you've made your first post, why not do an intro so we can all say Hi! and Welcome to the forum :)
